18th Arrondissement

Before I leave Paris I want to try and visit each of the 20 neighborhoods (or at least the cool looking ones!) Today I made my way across town to see the 18th Arrondissement.  Home of Moulin Rouge, Sacré-Cœur, windy streets full of street artists and sewing supplies!  Delightful.

I started at Moulin Rouge because why not?

Then I headed towards Sacré-Cœur, making my way up many hills only to discover there is a tram! But what fun would that be?

Plus I might have missed all the street art.

Finally I made it to the top!

And got to see the gorgeous Sacré-Cœur...

On the way back down I took a different route and saw even more cool stuff!

More street artists (the legal kind most likely).

At the bottom of the hill there was a very pretty old carousal.

And on to the sewing stores! I want Every. Single. Liberty. Fabric. PLEASE!

And all of the buttons...

Phew. Then I went home.
